Be true to your LEED commitment.  You will be glad you did.  LEED certified buildings are running higher occupancy rates than non-LEED certified buildings.  Even in the recession, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rated buildings are selling and selling at higher prices than non-LEED certified buildings.
