Once those green dollars are invested in a LEED certification or are about to be invested in the USGBC’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating program, the facility maintenance manager will be charged with upholding the environmental integrity of the building. Part of this process is developing a green cleaning program.
