A little about me: I am Rick Walker and own the only dedicated LEED and green-inspired facilities maintenance company in Texas. We have offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas and Corpus Christi…so I may know a little about what I am blogging about. I have been working in the field of green commercial facilities for 3 years. Before that, I worked in traditional property maintenance industry since I was 15. My home is green, my purchasing is green and even my baby’s diapers are green.
