This provides you the unique flexibility to utilize a sole-source vendor for all your janitorial service needs or to strategically place Green Efficient® in phases throughout your facilities.
Green Housekeeping for LEED Office Buildings
We at Green Efficient® provide janitorial service as our core service offering. We can increase the efficiency of your facility’s operations by being inside your building on a daily basis to keep on top of LEED compliance. (LEED architects will typically call this service “green housekeeping”.) This “green housekeeping” streamlines your facility’s operating costs and saves you time and money.
Our Energy Efficiency Management Services provide you with the option of choosing performance-based and fee-based services. Many clients in Houston and beyond choose to begin the relationship with the core janitorial service package, but soon add on the compliance and cost-control benefits of the other integrated green building maintenance services (including janitorial service) to experience the full green housekeeping benefits.
