Facility Solutions
Our Commercial Green Facilities Management Solutions Group provides facilities management, building maintenance, green housekeeping, day engineers and LEED oversight of LEED buildings. Our capabilities stretch throughout the United States, from our headquarters in Houston, Texas. Green Efficient holds a GSA Schedule Contract for 03FAC in Facilities Maintenance and Management Services.

Energy Solutions: Retrofits
Our Sustainable Energy Solutions Group focuses on managing energy efficiency retrofits and energy generation projects. Energy efficiency projects involve lighting retrofits, HVAC retrofits, plumbing retrofits, envelope retrofits (roofing & waterproofing) and building automation overhauls. Our energy generation projects include photo-voltaic solar systems, geothermal plants and other alternative energy generation methods.

Green Efficient®’s portfolio of LEED-compliant solutions offers clients the opportunity to select one, several, or all of our facilities maintenance and management service packages. This provides you the unique flexibility to utilize a sole-source vendor for all your janitorial service needs or to strategically place Green Efficient® in phases throughout your facilities.

Green Facilities Management

We at Green Efficient® provide facilities maintenance service as our core service offering. We can increase the efficiency of your facility’s operations by being inside your building on a daily basis to keep on top of LEED compliance. (LEED architects will typically call this service “green housekeeping”.) This “green housekeeping” streamlines your facility’s operating costs and saves you time and money.
Our Energy Efficiency Management Services provide you with the option of choosing  performance-based and fee-based services. Many clients in Houston and beyond choose to begin the relationship with the core janitorial service package, but soon add on the compliance and cost-control benefits of the other integrated green building maintenance services (including janitorial service) to experience the full green housekeeping benefits.

Green Efficient® ’s LEED-AP managed services are directed by former executives in the traditional building maintenance and management industry – all are well-versed in LEED and understand how it is incorporated into the operations and maintenance of a green building. Our emphasis on energy efficiency and “green housekeeping” will simplify your operations and allow Green Efficient to seamlessly manage your entire facility with ease.
Whether you are seeking your initial LEED certification – Silver, Gold or Platinum – Green Efficient has been there and done that! If your green building is over three years old, it is time to begin your facility’s LEED recertification process by bringing in Green Efficient®‘s LEED Team. We are experienced in LEED-NC, LEED-EB, LEED-OM, LEED-CS and LEED-CI. Our consultants are capable of providing services throughout the world – whether in Houston, Texas or Huston, Holland.
